  1. Clocker 2.3 -- A personal/network program scheduler for Windows 3.1

  7. Clocker is designed to schedule programs (or reminders) to be 
  8. run at a scheduled time.  Both a private schedule and a shared 
  9. network schedule can be active at the same time, so you can...

  11.    * Backup your system periodically
  12.    * Manage network backups
  13.    * Run long processes during off hours
  14.    * Schedule reminders for entire network
  15.    * Download long data files during off-peak hours
  16.  
  17. In addition to running programs, Clocker can schedule the
  18. following additional items:

  20.    * Close running programs
  21.    * Exit Windows, restart Windows, or reboot system
  22.    * Exit Windows, run a DOS program, and restart Windows
  23.  
  24. System or Network administrators!  Clocker gives you the 
  25. capability to execute the above processes on each machine on the 
  26. network running Clocker.  This is done via a central schedule, 
  27. which you alone control.  If you make a change to this schedule, 
  28. all other machines will automatically update themselves from 
  29. this file!

  33.    * Clocker's icon functions as a system clock, or is optionally hidden
  34.    * Group schedules fully password-protected

  36. Registration is $24.95 for a single copy, and site licenses are available
  37. at a discount.  Upon registration, you will receive a disk with the latest
  38. version of Clocker, a printed manual, and a license statement with your
  39. personal serial number and registration code combination.  Registered users
  40. will receive free unlimited technical support and free upgrades to future 
  41. versions of Clocker.
